She has advised on Early Years and further education in local and national government organisations. She has extensive knowledge and experience in business, management, personal and career development training. She is known and respected by educationalists in some major cities in China. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Mike Carter has over 30 years experience in education as a teacher and education adviser. He is a University Lecturer of trainee teachers in North East England. He is a Professional Conduct panellist for the Department of Education. He has also set up and managed several successful education businesses.
